Yin Yoga
Corporate Yoga
During our yin yoga session, we’ll work towards calming the mind through stretching the body with beginner friendly yoga poses, more advanced pose options for those wanting a challenge, guided meditation, and other mindfulness practices. Yoga can serve as a wonderful team-building exercise, help reduce employee stress, help boost productivity and job satisfaction.
Yoga on the Beach
I provide free yin yoga on the beaches in northeast Florida on Sunday mornings. Please check our calendar to see when and where our next free yoga on the beach sessions will be hosted.

Classes
Psychology & Wellness
Our Patreon will receive several new videos every month on various wellness topics. These topics range from explanations on chakras, crystals, self-care, and wellness practices from around the world.
Each video will tie the topic to a guided meditation, some yoga poses, and some psychology concepts.

What the f is wellness?
It might be safe to say that psychology is a well-known concept, but what the f is wellness?
Wellness takes on many forms and has played a large role in societies across the globe for centuries. From Buddhist practices, chakras, self-care, yoga, and holistic medicine. I utilize the Wheel of Wellness and Life Pie to evaluate one’s well-being, as I believe that this is the hallmark of happiness.
Wellness | Life Pie
Examples
Play hobbies, entertainment, self-care, vacations

Questions to ask yourself…
Are some of my life pie slices bigger (more important) or smaller than others?
How would I describe each of my slices (what is in each slice)?
How would I describe the quality each of my slices?
Do my answers to the above questions reflect the life that I want?
